Hello, friends of the Weiku community! Today we’re sharing some insights from Gui Martins’ talk at the Weiku Group Sales Convention.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

The 2024 Sales Convention of Weiku do Brasil<\/a> took place in Blumenau and was marked by inspiring talks and reflections on how to stand out in the sales world.<\/p>\n\n

Among the keynote speakers was Gui Martins \u2014 lecturer and author \u2014 who shared his vision on positioning, passion for work, and entrepreneurial mindset.<\/p>\n\n

Gui Martins opened his talk by emphasizing that both personal and professional transformation are essential to reaching new levels in sales. His central message was clear: the person you are today is not enough to get you where you want to go. To reach new goals, you need to change how you think and act. <\/p>\n\n

He explained that success lies in the unknown \u2014 that everything you\u2019ve learned so far is just the beginning of the path. The willingness to reinvent yourself is what leads to real results. He cited his book \u201cAlegria e Alegria\u201d, which explores the tools he used to overcome personal and professional challenges. His core message: true success is found in how we respond to adversity. <\/p>\n\n

Martins also highlighted the importance of loving what you do. He encouraged everyone to fall in love with the process, stating that passion for work fuels creativity \u2014 and creativity drives sales. While love for family is essential, he noted that passion for your craft must be cultivated daily. <\/p>\n\n

Faith and personal values in the workplace were another important theme. Martins shared his personal transformation and the renaming of his company to O Novo Imobili\u00e1rio, grounded in Christian values. He stressed that faith is a powerful driver in both life and business \u2014 and that true work happens between Sundays. <\/p>\n\n

The Weiku <\/a>Sales Convention was a moment of reflection and motivation. Gui Martins left a powerful message: passion, the willingness to learn, and staying true to your values are key to achieving success in sales \u2014 and in life.
