At the recent Weiku do Brasil Sales Convention, themed \u201cWe Create Comfort Experiences\u201d, architect Fernando Forte<\/a> \u2014 founding partner of the renowned firm FGMF \u2014 brought his extensive experience and a forward-looking vision of contemporary architecture.<\/p>\n\n

With a professional journey spanning 25 years, Fernando has become known for his innovative approach and constant pursuit of solutions tailored to the high-end market.<\/p>\n\n

Fernando Forte is an architect and one of the founding partners of the FGMF office, which has a long 25-year trajectory. His journey began in college, where he met his work partners, Louren\u00e7o and Rodrigo Marquandes Ferraz. Recently, Fernando had the opportunity to get to know the Weiku Group during a lecture at the \u00d3pera de Arame in Curitiba. <\/p>\n\n

In his participation at the convention, he had the chance to present his projects and discuss how to improve interaction between architects and sales teams. Fernando planned his presentation with the goal of offering a vision from the architect\u2019s perspective, highlighting the importance of meeting the needs of professionals. He stated: \u201cThe goal is to talk a little about my projects in general, a bit about transparency and things of that nature, with the intention of showing the sales team the architect\u2019s point of view.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

During the presentation, Fernando shared a variety of his projects, ranging from hotels and clubs to residences of different sizes and construction techniques. \u201cBringing diverse examples from the office, from large glass panels to varied construction techniques, is a way to show the evolution of the residential market, mentioning that in the last 20 years, there has been a major paradigm shift, highlighting the demand for large windows that integrate indoor and outdoor spaces,\u201d he points out. <\/p>\n\n

Fernando believes that personalization is a key differentiator in today\u2019s market. \u201cPersonalization is super important. In the last 20 years, architects have begun to encourage changes that didn\u2019t exist before,\u201d he said. With the growing demand for unique projects tailored to clients\u2019 needs, high-end architecture must focus on offering solutions that reflect the essence of individuals. \"Architecture<\/figure>\n\n

When asked about trends for the next five years, Fernando mentioned that \u201cminimalist lines will continue to be a strong influence in design.\u201d He also pointed to the trend of creating environments that integrate the interior and exterior on the same level. \u201cMaterials are beginning to be used in new ways. I believe this innovation can bring a new perspective to architecture,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n\n

Fernando emphasized the importance of effective collaboration between architects and the industry. \u201cIt\u2019s essential to have a technical team that can respond to the architect. Partnership is what really makes the difference,\u201d he highlighted. He believes this collaboration must be based on trust and knowledge exchange, allowing both sides to grow and adapt to market changes. <\/p>\n\n
