Weiku’s Thermal and Acoustic Solutions Featured in Brazil’s Largest Residential Spa at Praia Brava
Blending environmental comfort with performance efficiency, the Brazilian supplier joins the Atmosphere Home Spa — a luxury development marking Versace’s debut on the Santa Catarina coast.

Weiku, a leading manufacturer of high-performance window and door systems, has been selected to supply technical solutions for the Atmosphere Home Spa, a high-end residential complex under construction at Praia Brava, in Itajaí (SC). Developed by Dall Empreendimentos, the project stands out for combining luxury brands with a strong focus on wellness.
The supply includes Detec line frames, featuring curved profiles, laminated and insulated (double-glazed) glass in the suites, and embedded sliding tracks in the social areas. According to Weiku, these components were specified to meet the developer’s technical requirements, prioritizing thermal and acoustic performance in a coastal climate context.
Set across eight towers and spanning 160,000 m² of built area, Atmosphere Home Spa will offer over 30 shared amenity spaces. The project’s interior design is curated by Versace Home, which signs off on the furniture and finishes underscoring the development’s luxury positioning.
This international architectural project is led by Javier Cuevas of Creato Arquitectos in collaboration with Camila Dall’Oglio, lead architect at Dall Empreendimentos.
According to Weiku’s technical team, the project involves complex custom solutions and requires ongoing alignment between architecture and engineering. The invitation to collaborate came directly from Augusto Dallagnol, director of Dall Empreendimentos, who has used Weiku’s products in previous developments.

Luiz Fernando Starke, Weiku’s Commercial Manager, explains that thermal and acoustic insulation, security, distinctive design, and cutting-edge technology were decisive factors for the brand’s selection.
“This project represents more than just high-end construction. It symbolizes regional development, attracts investment, energizes the construction sector, and raises the architectural standard of the area,” he notes.
The development embraces the concept of wellness design, featuring a residential spa of over 2,000 m², complete with thermal suites, heated pools, and a fully equipped gym. This reflects a growing trend in Santa Catarina’s real estate sector, which has recently drawn other luxury brands like Ferrari and Lamborghini to projects in Balneário Camboriú and the surrounding region.

Praia Brava has become a standout in Brazil’s real estate market, registering a 90% appreciation over the past five years, according to FipeZap. This momentum continues to drive investments in luxury developments for a discerning clientele seeking comfort, exclusivity, and quality of life.
