Weiku do Brasil Leads Environmental Initiative and Collects 90 kg of Waste

Weiku proudly supports the path of social and environmental responsibility, emphasizing that unity and engagement are essential to building a more sustainable future. Today, we’re excited to share the details of an environmental initiative led by our team.

This past weekend, Weiku do Brasil once again demonstrated its commitment to sustainability and environmental protection through a meaningful community action.

The event began warmly, with a delicious breakfast at the company’s headquarters. This moment of gathering not only prepared the team for the day’s activity, but also reinforced a strong sense of teamwork and the importance of the mission ahead.

After breakfast, employees set out on a walk around the surrounding areas of the company. During the activity, the team collected approximately 90 kg of waste along a 6-kilometer route around the headquarters in Pomerode.

In addition to cleaning up the area, the initiative had a positive impact by raising awareness about the importance of recycling and caring for the environment.

To celebrate the success of the event and show appreciation for everyone’s effort, Weiku prepared a special feijoada for all participants. This moment of celebration and relaxation was a way to recognize the dedication and commitment shown throughout the walk.
