SIPAT 2025 at Weiku do Brasil Reinforces Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
Hello, friends of the Weiku community! In today’s post, we’re going to talk about SIPAT The Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents.

In June, Weiku do Brasil held another edition of SIPAT, an event that has become a key part of the company’s annual calendar. The initiative offered a special program focused on raising awareness about safety, health, and well-being in the workplace.
Throughout the week, employees participated in lectures, group activities, and educational sessions aimed at accident prevention, encouraging healthy habits, and strengthening collective care in daily corporate life.
With timely topics and guest speakers, SIPAT 2025 reinforced the importance of information and proactive behavior in building a safer and more productive work environment for all.

According to Michael Lochner, Human Resources Manager at Weiku do Brasil, the event is a vital opportunity to promote a culture of prevention within the company.
“SIPAT goes beyond fulfilling a legal obligation. It’s a powerful awareness tool that engages our employees around a shared purpose: to take care of one another and ensure a healthier and safer workplace for everyone,” he emphasized.
With strong employee engagement, SIPAT 2025 once again demonstrated Weiku’s commitment to investing in practices that value life, strengthen prevention, and promote well-being in the corporate environment.
The company remains committed to maintaining an increasingly humanized, safe, and respectful workplace aligned with values of responsibility and mutual care.
