SIPAT 2024 Weiku do Brasil: Promoting Health and Safety in the Workplace

Hello, friends from the Weiku community, how are you? In today’s post, we’ll talk about SIPAT 2024, held this August at our headquarters.

From August 12 to 16, 2024, Weiku do Brasil hosted its Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents (SIPAT) at its headquarters in Pomerode.

The event, held at the company’s event space, was centered around reinforcing the commitment to employee health, safety, and well-being.

SIPAT kicked off on August 12 with a lecture by SESI (Social Service for Industry), which offered a broad perspective on the importance of mental health in the workplace and the relevance of practices that promote psychological well-being. In the following days, the schedule featured a variety of activities.

Weiku employees took part in a health-focused workshop organized in partnership with Farmalan, nutritionist Vanusa, and Oficina do Corpo Gym. The workshop covered a wide range of topics including health, supplements, nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness in the work environment.

Additionally, a workplace exercise session led by SESI provided a hands-on experience, emphasizing the importance of movement during work hours to help reduce stress and improve overall quality of life.

The program continued on August 15 with a lecture by the Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS), focusing on mental health an essential topic for creating a balanced and productive workplace.

To close out the week, a financial education lecture presented by Viacredi offered valuable tips on personal financial management, helping employees gain better control over everyday financial challenges.

SIPAT 2024 emphasized the importance of initiatives that promote a safe and healthy work environment. From workplace safety and mental health to financial wellness, the talks and workshops reflected Weiku do Brasil’s strong commitment to employee quality of life.
