Located on the coast of Santa Catarina, this contemporary residence impresses with the elegance and lightness of its architecture. With two floors and expansive openings that enhance the connection between indoor spaces and the surrounding nature, the project by Robson Nascimento Arquitetos combines modern aesthetics with high-performance technical solutions.

Weiku do Brasil window and door systems were selected for their outstanding quality, providing thermal and acoustic insulation along with a refined finish that complements the home’s architectural style.

Large sliding doors expand the living areas and enable a seamless flow to the outdoor spaces, promoting well-being, natural ventilation, and maximum use of the coastal light of Santa Catarina.

At the main entrance, the highlight is the pivot door by Projetta by Weiku, which blends strength, security, and bold design — making a strong statement right at the front of the home.

Designed with the residents’ daily comfort in mind, the project also includes Detec Color Black mosquito screens. Discreet and functional, they offer insect protection without compromising the aesthetics of the window systems — a particularly smart solution for coastal regions.

The interior design and landscaping by architect Eveli Balen complete the concept with sensitivity, creating welcoming, integrated spaces that feature natural elements in harmony with the coastal environment.

Architect Fernanda Scheidt oversaw the construction, ensuring technical precision and full adherence to the original design intent. The result is a home that combines sophistication, functionality, and harmony with its surroundings.
