On September 18 and 19, 2024, Weiku do Brasil held its highly anticipated Sales Convention at the Hotel Quality in Blumenau. The event brought together employees, guests, and partners for a rich exchange of knowledge and experiences, aiming to boost performance and strengthen the company’s culture.
With the slogan “We Create Comfort Experiences”, the event began with a welcome speech by Arnd Kilian, CEO of the Group, who highlighted the importance of unity and innovation for Weiku’s continued success. His message set the tone for the activities that followed.

The program featured a series of informative and inspiring presentations. Naiara Ladehoff, from the marketing team, spoke about brand purpose, emphasizing the importance of Weiku’s identity in the market. Phillip Kilian addressed strategies for achieving goals and the relevance of commercial prospecting, providing valuable insights to all attendees.
Elias Bahr offered a deep dive into Weiku’s product portfolio, while Felipe Xavier de Lima discussed Projetta by Weiku and how to enhance the customer experience. Michael Lochner closed the cycle of talks with Story Magic, highlighting the power of storytelling to connect clients to the brand.

Special Guests
The convention also welcomed special guests who enriched the event’s content. Speaker and author Gui Martins shared strategies on sales and high performance. Band TV host Natália Hamada brought insights into the luxury market, while Fernando Forte, partner at FGMF, spoke about the importance of customer service. Nataly Persan introduced the dynamics of the Metropolitano group, broadening the perspective on networking potential.

A technical visit to the production park allowed participants to see Weiku’s manufacturing process up close, deepening their understanding of the products offered.
