This initiative aims to strengthen the company’s internal processes and ensure continuous improvement within its quality management system.

To maintain and further enhance its quality standards, Weiku is now investing in the training of internal auditors. According to Michael Lochner, Weiku’s Human Resources Manager, employees from various departments participated in a two-day senior audit training course.

“We’re currently training internal auditors — employees from different departments are taking a two-day senior auditor course here at Weiku. They will receive certification to implement improvements and optimize processes, ensuring continuity of internal audits,” Lochner explained.

This training allows the company’s own professionals to take part in monitoring and optimizing processes, fostering an organizational culture grounded in continuous improvement. By developing in-house auditors, Weiku enhances its quality management with a hands-on, customized approach — led by individuals who know the company inside and out.
